@Mike Lattier no doubt there is a time advantage in real estate, just like in any investing, the sooner you start the better.That being said, there are plenty of stories of 25 year olds that move fast and have enough income to retire by 30.

That strategy has worked well for the last 5 years but I doubt it will last much longer.Also, just about every syndication I look at gets 2-4 years of interest only on their loan.
