Shoot, just the COST of selling this house is a good down payment for another property.So Kevin, unless this house has some other outstanding feature, such as closed comps over $225,000, I think paying $190,000 for $1,795 is not really that great.

There will always be demand as student housing, and it's a quiet complex (not dominated by students), so down the road I may wish to rent to older people who are stable, want to be near a medical facility, don't want a yard to take care of, and won't move as often.

Some of the things I dislike about QuickBooks:QuickBooks has been making it separating features like payroll over the years making it necessary to pay extra for that function.Peachtree Pro 2010 has the payroll function included the tax forms in the program.One the main things accountants like is you can close a period in Peachtree.
