Shortly after that I discovered bigger pockets and have listened to the podcast series front to back multiple times.

I have come to the conclusion that I can only learn so much from books, articles, blogs, and forums.

About the “helpful links” folder, I honestly just put that in there to add some value to people when they go on my website, my goal is to eventually start writing my own articles and have a blog page for that.

I was very happy that I just rented a big house out yesterday, but discovered today I rushed too much. 

The only thing keeping you from closing at that point is something that is wrong with the house it self that you have discovered in the due diligence procedures.   

As Warren Buffet says, It's only when the tide goes out that you discover who's been swimming naked.Multifamilies, maybe 3-4 units, are great starting points with high returns for investors.
