Here's my problem, the courts in my county do not list the properties available at auction, they only require the banks to post auction ads in local newspapers.

Last but not least probates in our state require publication in the newspaper, you could cross reference those names versus the online property tax listings to see if the own property.

I have even gone all out to advertise open house one weekend, even newspapers, flyers, MLS, etc. and stated that "the house will go to the highest bidder (as long as it meets the reserve price)" with the decision being made a few days after the open house.

I'm having a really hard time finding a lender.I'm a non-resident alien.....no green card and no social security number.I can prove an income of well over 6 digits through bank statements for the past 2 years.I own 8 properties with a value of over $500,000.I'm looking for either a renovation loan or a new purchase financing.
