@Shirley MoserI decided awhile back that it doesn’t make sense to have service contracts on rentals.

My partner and I have been remolding both of our homes with the goal of making them both rental properties, but the process has been long. 

Is it possible or does it even make sense to get a DSCR loan on the rental property that will allow us to pay off the outstanding HELCO balance ($285K) and the remaining $390k mortgage?

Or you can make a deal and tell her you will split it with her, or you can give her the $250 fully back.

I'm curious how some of you found your brokers and what the process was like of interviewing? 

Since roughly 75%+ of travelers bring pets, this would be a great opportunity for any host to make more income.
