So in other words i need to start networking with some investor friendly agents, to pull comps, and to let me know what the ARV is. 

My personal opinion is that it’s easy to get bored or distracted and jump from one form of investing to another without makIng much real progress.As a property manager, your network should provide you a lot of opportunities to solve other investors problems.

We have lots of members from the Boston area to network with. you can set up a keyword alert for Boston (or any other term) and will get notified when it is mentioned in a post.
