Hey @Helen Cheung , all in all, the property taxes in Birmingham are low relative to many other parts of the country.

It was 2009 and the housing market was rough in Houston as in other areas of the country.

If you go to other countries they often have 5 year mortgages that need to be renegotiated, or in some countries they require as much as 50% to buy a house.

I have a two condos in Bridgeport, where property taxes among the highest in the country next to Newark and Philadelphia.

On most of them you can only shuffle paper otherwise it will be interpreted as taking a job away from an individual that has a right to work.If your currently in Vietnam there wont be issues as stated above but I hope you have build a great relationship with the people on the ground as I believe it would be very difficult to wholesale property from another country especially with not having a foot on the ground.Thanks
