It seems like a decent way to increase the quantity of C Class properties if it is done right.

As far as training for post-licensing, I combined self-paced online and zoom online classes because I was taking them in 2020.

Attend the class, pass the exam,and then apply for a license and start working for the brokerage.

I have started my pre licensing class to become licensed but I am hoping for some advice.
