Shopping for REI properties is not like going to the bigbox stores and picking items off the shelf. 

I'm also invested in many rentals and I currently am working in the Grimsby area with another investor it's only about a 20 minute drive from my place and I learn the area quite well be happy to sit down for coffee with you anytime to talk shop.

If that is confusing, would a 2,500 square foot lot zoned B3-2 (community shopping district) be restricted to one ground floor commercial space and one upper floor residential unit, or could a developer build two residential units?

So if you come across a bank that has one...then keep shopping! 

However, we overbuilt during boom times and there are some half-vacant shopping centers, but the school district is a huge draw for anyone with children.

I grew up going to the Hulen mall and these days do my shopping at Trader Joe's on Hulen.
