Is there a way of using the bigger pockets rental calculator to plug in the desired rate of return at, say 8%, and then work backward so that if I know all the other variables such as likely rent, tax etc, the calculator can tell me what my purchase offer should be?

Now I will say I don't regret the decision because the network within one of the REIA's has been extremely beneficial to me and my career but I did work my butt off to make use of that network.

Sounds like the mold issue is just him trying to cover his butt with an excuse.
