Is the market strongest for 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units?

Those are good points about condos.

I bought a 3 bedroom house with 1.5 baths.

I just rented out a condo in Hawaii and the price went up 9.5%.

Houses I'm looking at are typical rambler built in 1950-65 with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bath, price range is from $130K to $160K.

They are 1940's homes with 4 bedrooms (except one 3 bedroom).

I am assuming that the property tax we paid on our condo back in November 2011 covers the time period of 7/1/2011 to 1/1/2012 exactly.

I didn't really want it because it was a 2 bedroom which are hard for me to flip.

I have one investment property, and it is a 3-bedroom single family home.

This house is a foreclosure, offered for cash only and we suspect the reason why is even though it's listed as a 3 bedroom, when we walked through it there is a 4th bedroom that is what I would consider the master as it's the largest.
