I'm trying to get into real estate through buy and hold investing multifamily properties in Virginia Beach area.

I would prefer local (Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Pensacola, Crestview, Niceville) but not apposed to distance.Does anyone have any recommendations, if not a specific person at least a website to search specialized CPAs?

My fiancé and I are under contract for a duplex (2 bed, 2 bath each) on the West End of Panama City Beach right now. 1 block from the beach, next to conservation land, (only 1 home to our left - 1 block of conservation land surrounding the rest of the prop ) & close to Rosemary and Alys Beach. 20 minutes from the NW Florida International Airport and just far enough from Pier Park to still attract long term tenants along with Short term renters.
