Everyone in that audience was asking the attorney making the presentation how they can go about changing their CC&Rs.I live in Grayhawk, which tried to institute a 1-month minimum rental, but couldn't get the necessary signatures to modify the CC&Rs.You might also consider looking in 85254, close to Kierland Commons.

Nothing will take the place of a licensed agent's comparative market analysis, but as a first step I like to use Realtor.com's "Sold" page.I also highly recommend frequenting this very forum and using the BP calculators to analyze the deals that other investors post here.
