If you are going to take it all and invest it all, just make sure that you have more than adequate reserves to cover, as your cashflow will decrease due to the increased leverage.Especially if your plan is just to roll it into something else, your yield will increase by taking it all, as long as the new investment is better than leaving it where it is.
