It would be great to have a calculator that allows an LP to see projected profit over say a 10 year period and adding 1 to 2 more investments per year (and rolling over existing projects) to project passive income over a 10, 15, or 20 year period.

Sometimes at 70 % We added washer and dryer connections at 1500 per unit and hope to get 30 per month additional and keep tenants longer.

And my wife for the support.The best part of it all is we just found out we’re having a baby girl early next year and we added $100 automated principal payment each month to our 30yr fixed mortgage so that it amortizes when she turns 18 as @brandonturner suggests.I’m so grateful for bIggerpockets and the community it’s formed to inspire and support me through this journey.Next year I hope to do my first BRRR!

If I were able to do it over again, I wouldn't put extra money into the mortgage, I would invest the extra money, BUT like Cassi said, "It depends on your goals".
