I've been reading about ways to acquire a second property while holding on to my primary residence, but there are so many people with so many different ideas.

I’m looking now to get into larger units on my own w/o partners but I feel thst this is not the right time to acquire these kind of units right now.

We are very interested in the Airbnb market but would also love to start acquiring some multifamily properties as well.

It can be disheartening at times when you see others acquiring property after property and you’re still waiting on yours, but I think it’s worth it.Other than the Smokies I really like the Florida Panhandle.
