I'm not sure about Florida, but I would imagine its very landlord friendly being a mostly red state.   

If the PM is a company that you are not sure of then that might be another reason to go with option B.I would incline on option A if there are no red flags based on the above 3 points.

I can recommend some hard money lenders you can evaluate.A key player on your team will be a contractor you can trust.

The said company sent me the agreement to read and sign, and I see multiple red flags.

@Curtis MearsNot quoting a job is classic contractor BS, that is the biggest red flag IMO.

There are a few large players that focus on land.

The red trend represents the inflation of the dollar with base value $100.  

Don’t forget your red, yellow, and black drywall also.

If they wont provide you a Trailing 12 P&L (big red flag).Hope this helps
