I have not done a deal yet, but will be working with a partner who will find deals for us that we can go in on together. 

When it comes time for your partner to pay off their 0% credit cards, you do the same 0% transfer on your 3 credit cards to pay off theirs if it's available to you.

My applicants are partners, currently living in a one bedroom apartment with about $2,000 monthly rent.

That said, finding a good partner is harder than finding a good property.

Unless I bring a partner in, I can’t get into a place that every unit needs to be rehabbed.

We have also thought about finding someone to partner with, but it seems hard to find a good enough deal in this area that would work for two parties.
