Richard,Thanks for the advice, I recently attended my first RE insider club meeting and found some real value, I really enjoyed Steve Bottfelds powerpoint, I thought there was a ton of good information there.

Listed below is some info I thought that the average (not for investors, but do not get worried I have some really awesome stuff instore for you people too) homebuyer would enjoy and benefit from.

Just google or yahoo search in your area and you will be able to shop around for what works best for you.

So, you really have to buy a vacation property because you plan to use it and enjoy it yourself, not for cashflow.

On many occasions I have tried to slow down my real estate investing business so that I can really enjoy life and basically do nothing.

I spend a large portion of my time personally rehabbing properties to rent out (not the most effective use of my time, probably, but I enjoy it), but I think that should be considered a separate activity.
