Your broker can help you navigate these issues and help you form a plan to move forward.

At the very least if you don't hire an attorney, consider hiring a property manager familiar with all of the Portland rules to help you navigate this.The gist of the new bill is extending COVID protections around evictions.

I used to use Batch leads, but their comping interface is a little difficult to navigate and they don't have a CMA option.
