We have a conference call tomorrow with our first potential investor.

I'm just wanting to get a feel for everyone's thoughts on investing in property located in Eastern Idaho right now.

I have been reading and learning from the bigger pockets site for a few years now but I thought it was high time to start jumping into the message boards.I have background in construction and purchased/ renovated my first 4 plex about 2 years ago in eastern OR with a partner and it has been great so far (as great as rentals can go haha).

Must also have good health care in a reasonable vicinity for a family member that will be moving to the area with us.I will be traveling through Northwest Arkansas, Eastern Tennessee, and throughout North Carolina around the end of August to early September and would love to find out about any real estate meet ups that are scheduled during that time period.

An idea is to check out mobile home park conferences too.

There are some great coaches, but there are many that just want your 20k or 50k and you only talk to them a couple times a quarter on a conference call. 

A conference is definitely in the works for a Saturday coming up soon. 

We may have a vote every 2 or 3 years to refi or perform a large update to the property, but otherwise the syndicator manages all of the day to day and provides monthly and weekly reports along with conference calls.
