Newbie from Olympia Washington

Hey all!

My name is Cole Taylor and I am a newer real estate investor. I have been reading and learning from the bigger pockets site for a few years now but I thought it was high time to start jumping into the message boards.

I have background in construction and purchased/ renovated my first 4 plex about 2 years ago in eastern OR with a partner and it has been great so far (as great as rentals can go haha). I now have moved to Olympia, WA and would love to find some motivated people who are on the same career track as me or who are already where I am trying to get and see if we can help each other find opportunity. I'm also curious to find out some creative ways people are drumming up multi-families at decent deals. Although I anticipate the overwhelming answer will be perseverence lol

 I have also been working on a private investor pool. Does anyone else do anything like that? And if so how do you structure it?  Please reach out to me with any questions comments or info on connecting. I appreciate all input.
