that has happened to me so often i forgot how many times. our lovely C D class tenants who are judgement proof they simply dont pay the last months rent and never ask for their deposit and move out :(

@Claire RosenbergIf you have to ask about 30k properties in Chicago, more than likely you aren't ready to deal with 30k property problems.  30k would be C-/D properties.
