Hello all, I am a newbie wholesaler and I am in the process of working on my first deal!

I am about 50k over in a messy flip I bought from a skeezy (think boiler room sales tactic, no RE knowledge) BP wholesaler (without doing due diligence because they set it up so you have to buy on the spot).

I'm currently having a hard time finding a title company or closing agent that works with Wholesale deals.

The investor would pay more than he would in dealing with the original wholesaler (i.e. your added fee) because he couldn't deal with the seller or original wholesaler directly.

Be sure to check out the professional investors guild that meets once per month, lots of wholesalers in that group that are open about what they do and happy to talk with you about it. 

I am searching through Zillow and seeing a lot of pre-foreclosure homes in my area that I am interested in going after to wholesale.
