Her BF that "may" move in with her has 4 kids who would be visiting on some weekends.  

The other downstairs one is pending, but a divorced man with 2 kids on weekends is likely the new tenant. 

I travel for work so I could basically only work on the property on weekends.

Most zoning enforcement folks work Mon-Fri and don't feel a need to do extra patrols on the weekends.

Agreed that customer service and the training required to deal with these situations has nosedived since the pandemic and they laid off a significant chunk of staff.We had a situation over the July 4th weekend, just after our county reopened after 3 months (and in desperate need of income), with a 7 night stay that was worth $6K. 

Since then I have been slowly renovating other parts of the house in the evenings and on the weekends while working my normal job.

Very little urgency from them.In spite of all the work finally being done yesterday, I'm now being told their picture guy is out of office today and doesn't work weekends, so he's not going out until Monday, the 17th, at which point it will take them 2 more days to get the pictures to their marketing person.

Winter rents by the weekend, summer by the week.
