find the web site for the Illinois rental property owners association. www.irpoa.org and then look up member organizations.

measure the length and width of your walls that have the roof on it and find out the exact pitch of your roof then search the web for roofing calculator and plug your numbers in there.

Read some books and did research on the web (John Reed, Schaub, Mike Butler were some that I found interesting).
