@Jon S.The fact that you area here asking this question suggests that you are on the right track instead of throwing caution to the wind and over-leveraging yourself.

We also spend a lot on pool maintenance each year, and have teenagers that like to throw chairs, etc. in that we have to replace.It's a mess.

I am just wondering if members on here have actually bought from there or is that just a last resort type place for wholesalers or turnkey operators to throw up anything/everything they have?

My goal is to do multi-family housing, 2-4 units for the first few years till I'm comfortable throwing around larger sums of money via commercial/large apartment opportunities.

Both times I wanted to throw my hands up in surrender and walk away.  

Since I am on this group for RE Investing, I'd thought I'd throw this question out to all of you.

A lot of rehabbers just rip out the old cabinets and then pay to throw them away.

I came here to find productive ideas and creative solutions, so if all I do is complain about what I already know, throw darts at me until I shut up and start asking good questions that get me back towards a cash flow existence. 

Ask anything about real estate or finance and make sure you know the basics of real estate before throwing money in.
