As long as you are getting 150-200 per door on larger multifamily, you can afford to have a vacancy or a major repair and still break even for the month.

And they are actually pretty affordable (look at Palmetto State Armory or Kentucky Gun Company) at ~$400.But back to this thread, this weapon would clearly not work for concealed carry and I doubt you could unfold it and chamber a round in time to fire at a charging bear.

About 50% of our Bridgeport residents live work in New York City, which is about an hour away.Housing is much more affordable for them and they don't mind the commute.Once self-driving cars are a reality and they can work or sleep during the commute, or work from home, the commute will matter even less.
