Now that the industry is so busy there are a lot of guys out there pimping out labor.

Hey Roger,  I like the enthusiasm however I work in the foundation industry and it is rarely a cheap fix.    

I'd recommend working with others who are already in the industry.

Our property is in a small town so not everyone has a computer but they do have a smart phone.

Hello @Cameron Amateis,Although I am not from Detroit, I can tell you that two most common complaints in this industry are 1) my manager is non-responsive, and 2) my manager is doing work that they are not authorized to do.
