I am having trouble starting a good system for search criteria for cities to invest in, some say look at jobs, others say schools and the list goes on.

I have been using Zillow's Find an Agent tool and the basic Google search but only about 40% of those who I contact will respond back.

I've thought about just searching the deceased name on the county assessors website hoping to pull an address and then sending a letter to the executor.

As Basit Siddiqi mentioned, its tough to house hack in NYC and live free.I’d suggest you use BP’s search function or set up keyword alerts to see what other folks have to see about house-hacking and other topics you’re interested in.

I would search by going to Trusted Choice and searching for an agent by the zip code of the property.

Just do a search & you'll see all the posts.
