(See pic of one of the homes)We have had several portfolio lenders look at the rotating package of homes and it is never the borrower or the income, they just balk at the closing table over it being a manufactured home that is now permanently attached and surrendered to the land and made part of the deed.

I’ve taken plenty of pics to document the damage.

You could always try to add value with staging the apartment in a modern style to appeal most broadly then take pics that you will have for the future.   

I should still be able to make a profit of $150k-200k, depending on what it sells for.Here are pics and the 3D tour! 

Right now I have been scanning the market for turnkey A type houses  in the below $250 K range without luck.  

I’ve seen lots of ads with terrible pics or leases ending off season, and then the landlord is out 2-4 months of rent in addition to the placement fee.

Once I get to 20k+ though I'm about to be 18 so I can get a full time job and thinking start a side business to increase my income.thought I still have to find out if Starting a 360 photo home scanning buz.
