That would allow you to scale up and thus have a bigger spread.

I love this… the more I read and listen to as a beginner, the more I realize that you just need to take action and it’s the base hits and doubles that allow you to scale and build your portfolio… you can’t wait around for the homerun deal. 

I have found a Chinese manufacturer that will ship me a container full of counters, toilets, tubs, etc. and the discount is pretty significant, but between the low price and some language barrier, this gives me some concern about quality, correct measurements, etc. 

However I was wondering if anyone has tried house hacking a manufactured house?

We want to buy & hold  multi family an scale up from there.

I've seen a lot of people hire coaches- and my response is purely anecdotal, but here's is what I've seen:-People already doing some deals, taking risks and learning: I've seen lots of these personality types completely take off and scale like crazy when they've hired a GOOD coach.

When you learn how to do Searches on Zillow, you need to look at all the selections from Land to Manufactured Homes to Townhomes and Apartments and Houses etc.

The BRRRR strategy seems to be the fastest for scaling in real estate.
