So rent to a normal instead of s8

Some of the main reasons I started this journey is so I can eventually take my family on trips to experience different cultures, help less fortunate people, and build generational wealth. 

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

If so, that would be great, I will triple my business :)  

So, they make the process of being an investor seamless and you having to do nothing as they after you closing turn into you management company with a standard 10% management fee (which I am okay with). 

And so, knowing that RE investing is my ticket to financial freedom as well as how important a location/market is for investing, how much do you believe I value the RE market while looking for my first job?

So, now I’m looking for advice on where a new investor should begin in this community—whether it’s podcasts, books, or even specific forums within BiggerPockets.I am really eager to learn, grow, make and learn from my mistakes, take calculated risks and in short dive into this whole heartedly. 

This is my first investment and I have made a lot of mistakes along the way so really looking to survive this situation by any means with pressure coming in from my current lender.

I'm not sure what all info you'd need to give relevant advice, so here's some random info about the property. - The seller has no interest in keeping the property (I guess that makes her a motivated seller?)
