Annoying to re set up payments etc but luckily the guy who helped me get the original loans has remained employed through it all and has helped me navigate awful customer service departments, which just gets worse each time.

We have two lots we want to sale, and the two remaining lots we have priced at extreme prices, because they front or tough our homesite and we don't want neighbors, unless someone pays those crazy prices we set.The last two lots we want to sale, I plan to transplant more evergreen trees this fall and do more rock/boulder landscaping over the next two week.

I’ll be behind on repairs and might lose my contractor if I’m not ready to roll when his schedule allows.Also, the repairs are pretty significant...this side of the duplex doesn’t have central air, so we have to get that installed, total bathroom gut b/c the tub is cracked and the sink leaks and toilet is 50 years old....I can’t do this stuff while they remain living there.

Way back in the 90's in Salt Lake City.The issue and problem with Fire damage properties is . 1- I am sure the city is involved with complete up to code with everything. 2- Most contractors will charge you almost double to deal with the city up to code and the mess of the fire, water. etc.3-Most the time a engineer needs to access the property and even their report can cost thousands.Do you have it tied down?
