Sounds good in theory.A lender will look at the interest held, 49% and the debt against that as well as the purchase of the 51%, they may or may not recognize the skin in the game after one year that is claimed to have been circumvented by the paperwork shuffle.

Growing up I guess I recognized the bad guys in westerns before the plot thickened, it's pretty obvious when the guy standing on a wagon is saying his bottle of secret formula can cure poor eye sight, any cough, back pain and can take stains out of your clothes and soften your leather boots!
