If their lease is up in June and this for all intents and purposes is April, (and I'm thinking we might as well erase the month of April) a 60-day closing of escrow is not a terrible thing.Second, you have no way of knowing whether the buyer will be an end-user, or another investor, like yourself. 

That's what you're promoting but I see it CLEARLY as immoral, unethical and tyrannical.The state can do a LOT of different things "for the greater good" as you say, but some of these things are unethical and immoral.

Don't take any "promote" until the investors have been paid with a minimum return.  

It sounds like she wants you out for whatever purpose.
