I’ve never received such a quick response.

I am not looking for a quick dollar and my long term goal is to buy and hold, and leverage rentals to purchase more.

Longer projects I like to set up a percentage system with them and shorter repairs remodels the job should be done quick enough that it wouldn’t matter.

Finding a deal isn’t easy and doesn’t happen quick.

On the other hand, I may have deals (single-family, multi-family, private investing, etc.) coming across my plate where I will need the cash and have to act quickly.

Places that are growing, Also, I'd do a quick few hours of digging on even zillow, and get some data points of highest ratio of average rent price/average sales price of SFH.This will get you pointed in the right direction to get independently informed...

Pull the trigger quickly when a good deal shows up. 

And this is a survey of locks, not closings, so the folks promising the world but unable to deliver artificially drag that line down a bit.)

I would really love to hear evryone’s thoughts on franchise vs self starting, especially the marketing aspect of it, do PM franchise (and the brand) really help in getting from 0 to 100 units quick and is it really worth the upfront cost and ongoing split.
