It helps you to decide if you are willing and capable to deal with the issue that caused the sale.  

Most are aluminum capable of only 60A so upgrade will trigger utility company to upgrade their wires, and it's usually a 90-120 day wait, but before that there is 30 days for them to "check and verify" before scheduling.

Just one more idea....And while snowballing can go pretty fast once you get a few paid off, this strategy would probably take longer than ten years to accomplish, however, so take that into account (but maybe saving 1M would too, not sure of your financial capabilities).
