@joe @Joe Fairless I am really AV challenged when it comes to computers and there is probably a better solution but you can use Total Recorder http://www.totalrecorder.com to capture the audio in mp3 while you play the video (having a program that directly exports the audio to an mp3 is certainly a better solution but I don't know any). 

But what is PMI and what is it playing for and who is getting the money?

I hear good and bad things about it like it works in some parts of the country but other parts the leads are dead.
