The reality is that so many people live so packed in close proximity to public water sources this becomes a public health issue.  

So eight months later when you apply for your next mortgage, things like paystubs, tax returns, bank statements, etc, need to substantiate your physical residence in the property in question. 

But one thing all landlords know is that you can't physically force someone to pay on time.

^^^ very important point's, especially when the target area in question is a large urban area comprised of hundreds of communities and neighborhoods that are all quite different from each other, it is imperative to be educated on micro markets and not generalize, which requires either you or someone else to have physical familiarity and experience

Proximity to the PATH is nice, too.I'm a block or so from @Gerold Koch at 70 Columbus and the rents vary drastically, though his building is newer with far more amenities.My landlord lives in the building has a preference for tenants he can deal with easily, so market rent on our place is probably closer to $2,700 or $2,800. 

Are you aware that the United States is victim to low inventory and prices are up.It takes a little more physical hustle to find deals to buy.  

There are heaps of websites on how to but there's not much information on where to go to physically wire the money and buy them. 

Assurances, promises, and words are like vapor... if a person decides to do nothing later on, there is no way to force any partner to physically perform.

My girlfriend and I both work in downtown B'more (we both walk to our respective jobs), and we really enjoy renting in the Federal Hill location with its proximity to restaurants and the other perks of city life.
