okay that seems reasonable. i dont know why i chose wells fargo prob just bc i know them by name kinda thing. from what ive learned here im going to try credit unions that lend nationally, and maybe a mortgage broker. im sick of all the red tape.Chris Mason can you suggest any lenders that would lend in PA

What I see is political hacking that may be addressed after the next national election, perhaps a director and board of governors is in order, but they didn't ask me!

We have one of the highest property taxes in the nation.

Before some regulatory changes a while back, a co-worker of mine here in the Bay Area did a crap ton of business in the Midwest because at the time she could offer Bay Area interest rate pricing across the nation, based on her branch being physically in the Bay Area.

Also, I tend to stay away from the major nationals, this is really not their business and as such their pricing tends to be way off at least it was for me.
