Should it be a quitclaim deed, or have my family establish a trust then put it there and make me, or an LLC that I would form and be the beneficiary and managing party?

It will be my primary residence for the next couple of years but will eventually turn into a rental (House hacking if I can buy a multi-family unit).

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Conroe.

I don't have a guidebook through them(or at all), but if I were to create one, I would probably use touchstay or another 3rd party option like that. 

To differentiate many owners theme or target certain demographics such as golfers, bachelorette parties or wedding groups.

A dismissed case whether that be an eviction or whatever isn't a background issue because there is no record they did anything wrong.I know its easy to assume the tenant did something wrong and got away with that and that may be true, BUT sometimes the other party is wrong as well.

You need NOT contact the other two parties at all as doing so may complicate YOUR reimbursement.

Tell them to take it up with the HOA since they are the responsible party for the leak.
