I love doing reno work with the contractors I bring in as I can learn and know the ins and outs of the property but I also want to start getting into larger multifamilies or even just duplexes or low income. 

I love the keyless entry.What I don't love:1. if you don't have wifi at your property (ie: not a short term or vacation rental) you likely don't have wifi access to control it.2.

Anything that's high priced luxury huge lot sizes, amazing landscaping, bigger garages, and HOA fees is probably A class.

@David Friedman I love this.You have huge parking options.You have two arts and cultural destinations there.I think your idea of attracting a restaurant is a great idea to help with the place making of that corner.
