Newbies get an intro from Alan Langston so you'll have an opportunity to chat with others in the same boat.

I've looked up what that is online but don't have a good sense of that really means.I'm just looking to chat back and forth for the next hour or so about this property if anyone is interested in teaching a newb a few things quick!

So when they do call I'm like "hey Jim, yea I remember we met @...." and they are amazed that I remember them from that 10 second interaction.

In my interactions with the court, (keeping in mind that I live in a different state) the intent of a contract can sometimes supersede the actual contract itself.
