Arizona REIA
I work evenings at an insurance company which frees up my mornings to research real estate and look at properties but I have not been able to pull the trigger on buying a property. Call it fear or call it procrastination.
I have heard the best way to get experienced people to help in your area is to attend the local REIA meet. Now, I have taken some time off from work for the next meet but I am curious as to if there is anything in particular I should bring besides a pen and paper or if there is something i should research before going? As well as should I just approach as many people as I can and say "Hi! My name is Dave Kenner and I am interested in getting more educated in how deals are executed and was wondering if i could perhaps shadow you for a few deals?"
Any advice would be appreciated!
