Considering a personal loan to an individual for a real estate investment.

@Taylor Helton I think the first thing to find out is what the going rate would be for one of your bedrooms if you were to rent each out individually.

I like high interest online savings accounts better than the measly interest offered in local branches, but the online savings accounts I like don't offer checking accounts.

These large banks have thousands of individuals working in cubicles, just hoping to get to the next smoke break or to then end of day. 

Commercial underwriting requires that each lease is underwritten individually (so you'll want to ask for the leases).

Surely there should be some way of determining this online so I can then go out there with this knowledge and get more specifics?

I crunch my numbers on each individual deal.

I was wondering if you all could recommend books or online learning materials that have that same level of information, I'm really looking for detailed analysis on how to do things as an agent at a higher level of undertanding.
