I host a meetup in Santa Barbara going on 3 years that many Ventura folks attend (mysef included as I live in VTA currently) and I attend many of the other meetups (three in Ventura, alone).

The move in date is December 7th and is a month to month lease at $650/month (not including 50-70 a month for utilities).

Sacrifices to live in paradise include outrageous, unaffordable home prices.  

It is also my understanding that several types of loan products including the VA loan and I forget the other one will not qualify if there is any sign of crumbling with the asbestos siding so you may be limiting yourself on the selling side of things if you do not go over it with vinyl.

I'm trying to figure out if I can get some sort of rider from the company to include them but otherwise it leaves me very vulnerable if someone brings in an ESA. 

It is a condo building and I did include questions about type of window, if anyone has ever replaced any windows (built in 04 so guessing not).
