He left or abandoned it.. it was still pretty decent but you know mobiles can't sell them half the time for what is owed.. they owed 50k on it ...

I would think it is classified as an RV because of the wheels or maybe a mobile home?

I am a business owner and investor interested in growth areas that include, Florida, Georgia and Texas.My focus would be on long term hold (10+ years) of distressed properties ranging from a duplex to 10 plex and mobile home parks, with an experienced property manager and maintenance crew.  

I developed a formula that works really well in west Mobile, AL and I am going to see if it works here.

I live in a very cold town and i am looking for a decent furnace to put in to one of my mobile homes.

I have seen a few such as; Mobile Home Park Academy, Mobile Home Univesity, etc...Are any of these better than others?

Just be a good neighbor, no more brain pharts on giving them advice, you can help much more by simply looking in on her when she gets home, she won't be that mobile.
