Financing on multi-family units that are "manufactured homes"

I have a property that I am interested in purchasing but the units are separate "manufactured" homes/buildings. Conventional/Fannie Mae lenders I've spoken to say that they can't do it. Any guidance on portfolio lenders or financing options?
