I am located in San Diego County (North County) and am looking for some advice since I am just getting started in the REI game.  

I’m ready to take some action and start wholesaling to build up capital to get into the buy and hold game.

I am completely new to the game however I enjoyed the ultimate beginners guide fome bigger pockets.

I actually have gone through 2 brokers and Vermont Mutual seems to be the only game in town at least through them anyway.

Also, depending on how long ago the site was an ALF you may need to make updates due to code changes.

Very new to the game so maybe I need to just focus my search a little better but it looks like you could walk from the Loop all the way up to Belmont Ave. and hit an open house every block!

. $500 is cheap in the REI game to make sure you aren't causing yourself larger headaches later down the road.

It seems to me from everything I've read that it is, but before I seek out a real estate attorney, I figured I'd post here as there is so much knowledge on this site. 

I don't feel that rent concessions are appropriate due to maintenance issues but five weeks is a game changer.
